Stupid wp-cache and dreamhost
You go on holiday for a few days, note a wordpress security update while you are traveling, forgot Dreamhost re-adds wp-cache when doing a one-click upgrade and your blog is broken until you are next online.
Dreamhost are brain dead for some things – like recommending wp-cache, but breaking wordpress when it is used.
