Updating timezone info for DST on Debian

For debian its quite an easy fix.

BEFORE UPDATING.
zdump -v /etc/localtime |grep 2007

HOW TO UPDATE
apt-get update
apt-get install tzdata
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata (and choose Pacific, Auckland)
